We also include and perform a top of the line 31-Point Heating Tune-Up for safe & reliable heating usage all winter!

Our 20 Point Air Conditioning Tune-Up in the summer includes:

  1. Check Thermostat
  2. Flush condensate drains to protect against overflow*
  3. Inspect indoor evaporator coil, if accessible
  4. Evaluate the condition of air filters and other indoor air quality accessories
  5. Clean the outdoor condenser coil and remove debris from inside unit
  6. Visual contactor points inspection and ohm out coil
  7. Check start/run capacitors microfarad readings
  8. Visual Inspecting for refrigerant leaks
  9. Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
  10. Check blower motor start-up and run amperage for proper function
  11. Check condenser fan motor start-up and run amperage for proper function
  12. Check compressor start-up and run amperage for proper function
  13. Check Freon pressures
  14. Check superheat
  15. Check subcooling
  16. Check cooling temperature drop across the evaporator coil
  17. Check static pressure
  18. Visual External Duct Inspection
  19. Provide recommendations for keeping system running at peak efficiency
  20. Provide the customer with results

Our 31 Point Heating Tune-Up in the winter includes:

  1. Perform Carbon Monoxide Test upon entry/exit
  2. Check Thermostat contact & heat anticipator
  3. Check Air Filtration System
  4. Clean Flame sensor
  5. Ohm out ignitor
  6. Inspect and tighten electrical connections
  7. Check Equipment and Ventilation Space
  8. Check Flue and Venting
  9. Check flame baffles
  10. Check Pilot Safety/Thermocouple/ Spark Ignition
  11. Check safety interlock switch
  12. Check Gas Input Pressure
  13. Clean and Check Gas Burners
  14. Clean and Check Pilot and Pilot Tube
  15. Inspect Gas Valve and Piping for leaks
  16. Inspect Combustion Chamber entry point for blockages or combustible materials
  17. Set Manifold Gas Outlet Pressure
  18. Set Burner Air Adjustment if applicable
  19. Verify flame sensor microamp reading within manufacture specs
  20. Check Fan Control
  21. Check inducer motor static pressure and vacuum tubing
  22. Check inducer motor run amperage
  23. Check blower motor start-up and run amperage for proper function
  24. Lubricate blower motor if bearings are not sealed
  25. Check Temperature Rise across heat exchanger
  26. Check Limit Control above recorded heat rise
  27. Verify proper Voltage while under full load
  28. Check Static Pressure across blower
  29. Visual Duct Inspection
  30. Make Final Operation Check from thermostat
  31. Provide Customer with Results
