Our 20 Point Air Conditioning Tune-Up in the Summer Includes:
- Check Thermostat
- Flush condensate drains to protect against overflow*
- Inspect indoor evaporator coil, if accessible
- Evaluate the condition of air filters and other indoor air quality accessories
- Clean the outdoor condenser coil and remove debris from inside unit
- Visual contactor points inspection
- Check start/run capacitors microfarad readings
- Visual Inspecting for refrigerant leaks
- Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
- Check blower motor start-up and run amperage for proper function
- Check condenser fan motor start-up and run amperage for proper function
- Check compressor start-up and run amperage for proper function
- Check Freon pressures
- Check superheat
- Check subcooling
- Check cooling temperature drop across the evaporator coil
- Check static pressure
- Visual External Duct Inspection
- Provide recommendations for keeping system running at peak efficiency
- Provide the customer with results
Our 31 Point Heating Tune-Up in the Winter Includes:
- Perform Carbon Monoxide Test
- Check Thermostat
- Check Air Filtration System
- Clean Flame sensor
- Ohm out igniter
- Inspect and tighten electrical connections
- Check Equipment and Ventilation Space
- Check Flue and Venting
- Check flame baffles
- Check Pilot Safety/Thermocouple/ Spark Ignition
- Check safety interlock switch
- Check Gas Input Pressure
- Clean and Check Gas Burners
- Clean and Check Pilot and Pilot Tube
- Inspect Gas Valve and Piping for leaks
- Inspect Combustion Chamber entry point for blockages or combustible materials
- Set Manifold Gas Outlet Pressure
- Set Burner Air Adjustment if applicable
- Verify flame sensor microamp reading within manufacture specs
- Check Fan Control
- Check inducer motor and vacuum tubing
- Check inducer motor run amperage
- Check blower motor start-up and run amperage for proper function
- Check blower wheel for cleanliness
- Check Temperature Rise across heat exchanger
- Check Limit Control above recorded heat rise
- Verify proper Voltage while under full load
- Check Static Pressure across blower
- Visual Duct Inspection
- Make Final Operation Check from thermostat
- Provide Customer with Results
