“I had a great experience with this company. Alamo Austin will be my go-to company for any of our future ac/heating needs. Our furnace quit about a week ago. It is an old Lennox system. The first big name AC/heat company I called told me that the draft inducer motor was frozen but the part was no longer available. Technically that was correct. And they were pushing me to get a quote for a complete replacement system. Well, I am in my 80's and on fixed income so I started to look for someone who would help me repair the furnace. I found Alamo Austin. Adrian, their technician, came out and identified the correct part number that Lennox STILL supplied! He expedited the part in from Houston and drove out to my house and installed it very quickly. The furnace worked perfectly!! Adrian was outstanding and professional.
