Austin (technician) came to fix my ailing mini-split. Turns out the blower wheel was very very dirty, which had caused it to stop cooling in self-defense!!
So now the cold air is flowing into a very hot space.

We are out of town and received an alert from our thermostat app last night about a potential clogged drain. I contacted the office first thing this morning. Noah Zapata was at our house by 1:30 pm to check out our system. We love working with Noah, and we also love having a consistent service tech. He knows his stuff and he is a great communicator.
