“Nick replaced my broken blower motor. He also gave me some great maintenance advice that may help prevent future repairs. He also helped me explore other options, set clear expectations, was patient with all my questions, and worked quickly but thoroughly. Other than the sticker shock of the cost of his labor (approximately $300/hour), my experience with him was positive. However, when scheduling, I told the office staff that I needed to leave at 1:00pm. They said they could work with that, and scheduled a 10-1. Then, at the last minute, told me that the technician wasn’t coming until 1:00, and that someone would need to stay with him the whole time. They probably shouldn’t have told me that they could work around my 1:00pm appointment. Also, the technician said the office is good about telling people with my issue to turn off the thermostat to avoid freezing the lines. They didn’t tell me.”

“During one of the. hottest weeks of the year we had a fan blade break and a coil issue in 2 separate units at our rabbit shelter. Ivan Cobos was able to secure us a replacement fan blade for our 10 year old unit, and install an upgraded air filtration unit for our main unit within a couple of days to get us back up and running at 100%. Ivan is always punctual, courteous and mindful of working in the shelter. He explained how the new upgraded air filtration unit filters are installed and the benefit we should see. AAA has been maintaining our units for 5+ years and we always ask for Ivan as we know he knows our unique issues to keep the shelter rabbits cool.”

They worked efficiently and quickly, correcting an installation by another company while taking much needed water and cooling safety breaks. They were cheerful, positive, and so polite. It was a big job, but they completed the work on time, and my house finally started cooling. I am soooo grateful to have safe temperatures for pets and people. Great work! Great team!!!
