“We have a mini split (2020) and a full HVAC system (2024) from Alamo Austin Air. Every interaction we have had with everyone in the company has been exceptional. We are out of town and received an alert from our thermostat app last night about a potential clogged drain. I contacted the office first thing this morning. Noah Zapata was at our house by 1:30 pm to check out our system. We love working with Noah, and we also love having a consistent service tech. He knows his stuff and he is a great communicator. He was able to blow out the drain and now we do not have to worry about out house sitter being there with no a/c. Thanks to all involved in taking care of this issue so promptly, and from a distance.”
