“I had a great experience with this company. Alamo Austin will be my go-to company for any of our future ac/heating needs. Our furnace quit about a week ago. It is an old Lennox system. The first big name AC/heat company I called told me that the draft inducer motor was frozen but the part was no longer available. Technically that was correct. And they were pushing me to get a quote for a complete replacement system. Well, I am in my 80's and on fixed income so I started to look for someone who would help me repair the furnace. I found Alamo Austin. Adrian, their technician, came out and identified the correct part number that Lennox STILL supplied! He expedited the part in from Houston and drove out to my house and installed it very quickly. The furnace worked perfectly!! Adrian was outstanding and professional. I believe that all their techs are this good. Adrian represented a great company”

“Alamo replaced my old unit in 2021 and corrected air flow issues by expanding some plenums and changing some duct work in the attic. Their team was clean, thorough, explained everything, and I was so pleased with the improvement in my home’s air flow. Now I use their yearly plan where they check the unit twice a year and perform routine maintenance. I just had the winter service visit and the service person was amazing. He explained everything, put booties on his shoes before entering (so thoughtful), and was pleasant as well as thorough. I confidently recommend Alamo Austin Air to all of my neighbors!”

“After 20 years of the original home builder/contractor installed Carrier HVAC(R22) 3 ton system we knew it was time for a complete system swap out. Why? Reduce our electric bill and the new refrigerant standard as of 1/1/25. And I did a lot of research and educated myself on those two subjects by watching many pro instructional HVAC classroom/hands on videos and reading the latest online articles. Home HVAC systems are very complicated but the basic theory of operation can and should be understood by the homeowner. We contracted Alamo Austin because of their local ownership, reviews and awards. Our new system is the Carrier Comfort Series, single stage, 80% afue/410a 3 ton matched pair. The entire swap out went perfectly, under 8 hours. All connections, fittings, and duct work in the furnace closet and outside condenser was a detailed professional installation and commissioning. The entire company team exceeded my expectations and under our budget too. Carrier+Alamo Austin, for the win~!”

We just had another FIVE STAR experience with Alamo Austin Air. Our 23 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced. Of course we called the same company who did such a great job installing our upstairs minisplit (and helping us maintain it) a few years ago.
I called Monday morning and they had Noah come out that afternoon to discuss options. We also received emails from the owner, Jason, who was working after hours to track down the best system for us. Install was scheduled for Thursday and Chris and Angel and Adrian did the full install in one day. We love working with a family- owned and operated local business. From the initial phone call with Danielle all the way through install and service, we have been completely satisfied each time. The whole team is professional and also authentically human.

I have been using Alamo Austin Air for about a few years now, and these guys are amazing! I tend to really research intensely online before going with someone and these guys came highly recommended. So Adrian was my tech and he did an awesome job. He checked the entire AC unit, top to bottom and he got it working like a champ. One of the things that really blew me away was he noticed a hole in the main duct area that just had some tape over it. So Adrian not only found it and suggested it would help the unit, he came out a few days later and patched up the area like a surgeon. The quality of the work he did was second to none, top notch guy and everyone at Alamo has been awesome. If you need AC or heater work done, I would call the folks at Alamo Austin Air.
